Our boxes measure 27" long, 17" wide, 12" deep.
Our boxes arrive preassembled and ready to pack the moment they arrive. No tape or assembly is required.
Yes! Every single box is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every single use, and then inspected, prior to delivery. We vacuum to remove any debris, then get to scrubbing. We use a powerful, eco-friendly cleaner that is also biodegradable and really does the trick. If necessary, we use additional tools (pressure washer and steam cleaner) to ensure cleanliness and sanitization.
Generally, we've found the following numbers to work best for the majority of moves, however, if you a minimalist or collecter of things, the number of boxes may differ.
Studio Package - 15 Boxes
1 Bedroom Home - 25 Boxes
2 Bedroom Home - 35 Boxes
3 Bedroom Home - 50 Boxes
4 Bedroom Home - 75 Boxes
5 Bedroom Home - 100 Boxes
If more boxes are needed than what's incuded in any of the packages, you can add additional boxes to your desired package during the checkout process. We're happy to go through the details of your move with you, and put together the ideal package that best fits your needs.
Unfortunately we do not, but we have several partner moving companies we work with and our team would be happy to refer you over to them.
Yes! We offer monthly pricing discounts for long term rentals. We understand there may be times when you might need them for longer periods of time, for instance, storing you belongings in our boxes during a home renovation, or restoration due to flooding, asbestos removal, etc, or simply need to keep them in storage while you’re waiting to move into your new home. Whatever the case may be, if you need them for a longer period of time, give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your needs and at times, are able to offer monthly pricing discounts.
Absolutely! We do ask that you give us at least 24 hour notice. Simply give us a call or email us and we will be happy to assist with the change.
Yes, a minimum of 10 boxes can be redelivered. Contact us to let us know how many you'll need and we'll do our best to get more of our boxes to you. An additional delivery fee will be applied.
Unfortunately, no. Please select your pickup and delivery address on our online form to see if we service your area.
In the unfortunate event of damage or loss, you will be charged for the equipment. Replacement cost for a bin is $30.00 and $100 for a dolly.
Yes. Contact us to let us know how many you'd like to keep or simply let us know at pickup. We will process payment with the credit card on file, and email you a receipt.
Yes, you can pay with any major credit card.
Each package includes at least one dolly. If additional dollies are needed, you can add extra dollies when placing your order online.
Absolutely! Simply follow the reservation process and you'll be able to add a variety of packing supplies to your order. We currently offer, 100% recyclable & biodegradable honeycomb packing paper, mattress bags, zip ties, file bars, and QR smart labels.
Our delivery team will bring our rental equipment inside you residence/office, regardless if it’s on the ground floor or on the 3rd floor. Please make sure to enter your access information correctly when checking out to avoid any unexpected charges!
The person that booked with us does NOT need to be present for the delivery. However, someone over the age of 18 must be there to sign on your behalf. We are not able to deliver to your garage or back door without an adult there to verify delivery and sign our invoice.
Please make sure the person that is present to sign knows exactly what was ordered, confirming the number of items received is correct and all are in satisfactory operating condition. They must also fully understand that their signature is confirming that they have read and understood the terms and conditions of our Rental Agreement, have read through our FAQs and understands the process, completely.
We offer full refunds on orders that are cancelled more than 48 hours before your rental period, less a 5% administration fee. If an order is cancelled within 24-48 hours of your rental period, there will be a 25% restocking fee and a 5% administrative fee. If an order cancellation is less than 24 hours before your rental period, there will be a 50% restocking fee and a 5% administration fee. Please read our Rental Agreement for the full policy.
Every order comes with free labels.
Gently place the label on the textured label area on the side or top of box. Please DO NOT place the label on the smooth finish of the box. By placing labels correctly, you will make it easier for yourself when removing the label upon completion of the move.
Yes, we do request that our customer's remove all labels from the boxes when unpacking. Please make sure to use only Eco Pack n Go's removable labels. Leaving any other labels on boxes may result in unwanted cleaning charges. We charge $2/box to remove your labels. Please note, that we serve many other clients and removing labels after every move is extremely time consuming. Let’s be respectful of each other’s time and keep the process straight and simple.
The weight capacity of each box is 100lbs. However, we do not recommend packing more than 75 lbs per box. Please keep in mind that you or your movers would have to carry and stack boxes in the truck, therefore, not overloading them is best. Visit here for more information about our rental moving boxes.
